Before every shoot, we work with our clients in a no-cost 30 minute consultation. We want to hear about your cosplay, your fandom, and show you what we can do to give you the best experience possible.
We will also create a pose workbook for your cosplay. This will help us with your vision, and help you get the most photos possible. Check out our blog for more information.
Standard
Experience a one-hour on-location cosplay photoshoot designed to bring your character to life! This Includes at least one hundred stunning photos retouched and color graded, and three FX Composite photos. Capture your passion, and elevate your Cosplay.

FX Composites
FX Composite photography is a creative technique that uses special effect assets from other images to create a single, stunning visual masterpiece. This innovative process allows us to blend different backgrounds, subjects, and effects to create imaginative scenes that transport viewers into fantastical worlds. Ideal for cosplay, FX Composites enhance storytelling by merging reality with imagination. With expert retouching and digital artistry, each FX Composite showcases intricate details, vibrant colors, and captivating narratives.

Additional Cosplayers - 150.00
Part of a group or family cosplay? We are more than willing to accommodate up to five cosplayers at once. Please let us know at time of consultation, so we make enough pose workbooks!

Want to add some more FX Composites to your shoot? We can add up to five additional composites to each hour of your shoot.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is a consultation required?
To make sure your photos tell the best story of your cosplay, yes. We want to make sure we curate your pose workbook in the best way possible.
When is payment due?
100.00 Non-refundable deposit is required at time of Consultation. Balance is due one day before photoshoot.
Are Prints available?
Yes! We utilize a variety of print labs both local and online. If you plan on utilizing prints for resale, please let us know, as there is additional paperwork. Please check out our blog about licensing agreements for more info.
How far will you guys travel?
We have literally been all over the United States and the Caribbean for photoshoots. However, we will travel just about anywhere in the Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and outlying areas for a shoot. Please, discuss with us at length where you would like us to work with you, and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
What sort of kit/gear do you use?
We have an assortment of equipment that we use in our shoots, depending upon the photos required. We primarily use a Nikon Z6 Mirrorless camera with several different portrait prime and zoom lenses. We also use different strobe and fixed LED lighting.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept various forms of Payment, including Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp, and most major credit/debit cards.
Full Production Photoshoots
Do you have a creative vision you want to see brought to life with your Cosplay? Looking to collaborate on a new adventure? We offer Full-Production Photoshooting, where we will help you create an entire story based around your cosplays.
We Will:
-Re-create iconic scenes from iconic movies, shows, anime, or a video game, or we will help you create your own
-Bring a full staff of gaffers, lighting, and prop masters
-Help you find the best location that fits your budget (we have shot on private beaches, opera houses, Castles, hidden forests, and industrial wastelands)
-Help you discern between practical environment, and composite environments
-Create a montage video of all of your shots, creating a timeless story of your cosplay.
-Help you market your shoot to the press.
